The Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada has announced that after February 9th, 2009 electronic appeal factums and other court documents will be available to members of the public via the Supreme Court of Canada Website.
In addition, live webcasts and an archive of courtroom proceedings will be also made available after February 9th.
