Scheduled Maintenance – UTmail+ Outage April 28 – May 1.
Update: Microsoft is experiencing an account synchronization issue for all email accounts with @mail.utoronto.ca and @alum.utoronto.ca addresses.
All efforts are being made to correct the problem and move forward with the completion of the UTmail+ email service move to the Canadian data centres.
Due to this, restoration of UTmail+ email service will be delayed for users with @mail.utoronto.ca and @alum.utoronto.ca email addresses. Updates on the progress of the UTmail+ move will be posted here.
All new email account creation, activation and provisioning and account password changes will not be available until the completion of the move.
